How it works

1. Manager requests creation of training by assigning task to employee
2. Employee, using a smart device and the Insighteur app, records, edits, and uploads the process to the cloud
3. Manager reviews and approves the training process
4. The newly created training is distributed to relevant employees to review and understand the process
5. Employees can rate the training video as “effective” or “needs improvement” which offers embedded analytics for Managers to review
6. Track and measure impact of new best practice/innovation
